I received your mail. Honestly, I am very happy that you have
recovered fully on your feet and I promise you that this transaction
will create a strong business and family relationship to both of us
and I am doing this with you in a very big trust. I will come to your
state to meet with you as soon as you receive the fund from the
Diplomat in Moscow.

As a matter of fact, I have finalized the arrangement with the
financial firm in Madrid and the Director of the firm will assign a
DIPLOMAT today and I have just sent 36,500 Euro to Madrid for him to
pay for the consignment delivery today. He arranged that the Diplomat
arrive Moscow tomorrow 15th with the consignment package with the
instruction to delivery to you as the beneficiary. The Diplomat will
contact you on phone tomorrow upon his arrival in Moscow so that you
can meet with him immediately in Moscow. Please note that you will pay
the handling/administrative charges upon your meeting with the
Diplomat in Moscow in sum of 16,700 Euro and also you will provide a
copy of your international passport or driver’s license for
identification and a copy of your recent passport photograph. After
the payment of handling/administrative charges in your meeting with
the Diplomat, then you will be permitted to inspect the cash to
ascertain that the fund is complete ($ 50,000,000 USD).
The Director of the firm also confirmed that alternatively, after the
inspection of the cash in Moscow that you are authorizes to go home
with the consignment or optionally, the fund can be transfer to your
bank account through your local bank. So it depends on how you want it
to be done but note that both modes of payments are well secured.
Please the Director also warned both of us to keep this arrangement of
delivery of the fund by the Diplomat tomorrow for security reasons. I
will advice you to make sure that you arrive Moscow tomorrow before
the Diplomat arrival in the sense to meet with him immediately he call
you on phone and make sure that you always with your phone tomorrow to
avoid miss call because your information has been sent to the Director
of the firm who will instruct the DIPLOMAT to deliver the consignment
to you in Moscow as the beneficiary. Please find the attached file is
a picture photograph of the fund packaged as consignment for the
delivery in Moscow. This was sent to me by the Director of the firm as
an evidence of the consignment
